Winter golf is hard enough, why make it harder by using perished old grips. Fully corded or half cord grips are perfect for any winter conditions you may face, with great durability while reducing slip. Most local golf clubs can regrip your clubs for you. If a full regrip is out of budget usually a bit of fairy liquid and a good scrub will bring the worn down grips back to life.
Playing winter golf, you are likely to encounter adverse weather conditions, be it cold, rain or wind. In these conditions its all to easy to slip, to loose balance or to make a bad swing.
Swing within your control, take an extra club, grip down the shaft slightly and swing around 70/80% power, this will increase the likely hood of you keeping it straight and in play this time of year.
